Rapid7 offers both Blue Cross/Blue Shield PPO and HMO options for its eligible employees. What makes you eligible? Any employee who is working with us at least 30 hours per week. Plans are available after 30 days of employment.

Rapid7 presents comprehensive coverage provided by Dental Blue that incorporates everything under the sun ranging from preventative care, major restorative care, and orthodontia. Maximum benefit of up to $2,000 annually per person.
Vision Insurance

Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)
Rapid7 cares about putting more money into your pocket by implementing The Health Care and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs). FSA allows you to use tax-free dollars, up to $3,000 per account, on a handy debit card to pay for health care expenses.
Life Insurance
Rapid7 supplies company-paid life insurance equal to $50,000. Every employee also has the opportunity to purchase supplemental insurance at term rates.
Short-Term and Long-Term Disability Insurance
Rapid7 understands that life is sprinkled with unfortunate and unexpected circumstances. To accommodate these cases, we offer benefits at no cost to the employee. Short term disability insurance coverage is provided at 50% of salary. Long term disability coverage provided at 60% of your salary if you become disabled for a longer time.

We trust that employees are responsible professionals who can determine the time off necessary in balancing their work performance at work with time off. Thus, we propose no cap in vacation as long as you work the details out with your manager

We offer 2 weeks of vacation for employees whose tenure exceeds 1 year and 3 weeks of vacation for employees whose tenure exceeds 3 years.
